These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of curatedclosetcompany.com (the “Site”), operated by Curated Closet Co LLC (“Curated Closet Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site provides information about our custom closet and storage design and installation services, and lets you request a consultation or quote. Submitting a request does not create a contract for work. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Quotes, pricing, and promotions

Design consultations and quotes are provided at no cost and carry no obligation to purchase.
Quoted pricing is an estimate based on the information available at the time and may change after in-person measurement or if the project scope changes.
Promotional offers — including percentage discounts and financing promotions — apply to select systems and finishes, vary by project size and configuration, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise in writing.
Financing promotions are offered through third-party lenders, subject to credit approval and the lender's terms. We are not the lender and do not make credit decisions.
We may correct pricing errors and withdraw or change promotions at any time before a signed agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, and to use a phone number and email address you own or are authorized to use. You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or automated form entries
Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

4. Communications consent

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email at the contact details you provide, including through automated technology, regarding your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how to opt out.

5. Trade Program and Partner Portal

If you are approved as a trade partner and given access to our partner portal, the following additional terms apply:

Your account and referral link are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Referral compensation is earned only on projects that are attributed to your referral link, complete installation, and are paid in full. Compensation is calculated per the rate communicated to you and may be changed prospectively with notice.
Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, incentivized or misleading solicitations, unsolicited bulk messaging, bidding on our brand terms in paid search, or any conduct that misrepresents your relationship with us may result in forfeited compensation and account termination.
You are an independent party, not an employee, agent, or representative of Curated Closet Co., and you may not make commitments on our behalf.
You are responsible for your own taxes on any compensation received.
We may suspend or terminate portal access at any time. Compensation already earned on completed, paid projects survives termination.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, renderings, designs, logos, and the Curated Closet Co. name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including financing providers and analytics platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. This does not affect any written warranty provided with a purchased product or installation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Closet Co LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curated Closet Co LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Curated Closet Co LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed project agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

Note to site owner — delete this box before going live. Two things to fill in: your LLC's registered mailing address in Section 14, and the state of organization in Section 12 (right now it says “the state in which Curated Closet Co LLC is organized,” which works but is vaguer than naming it outright — e.g. “the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania”). These Terms are a solid standard starting point, not legal advice; have counsel review them, particularly Sections 5, 9, and 12.
