Last updated: July 30, 2026

Curated Closet Co LLC (“Curated Closet Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through curatedclosetcompany.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a consultation, submit a quote request, or apply to our trade program, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

Information collected automatically

Form certification

We use ActiveProspect's TrustedForm service on our forms. TrustedForm records your interaction with the form — including the page as it appeared to you and the consent language you agreed to — and creates a certificate documenting that submission. This is used to verify that consent was properly obtained. ActiveProspect's privacy policy is available at activeprospect.com/privacy-policy.

2. How we use your information

3. How we contact you

When you submit a form on our site, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your project — including through automated technology — at the number and address you provided. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or simply ask us during a call or by emailing design@curatedclosetcompany.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active project or order.

4. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these circumstances:

5. Cookies, pixels, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember which partner referred you, and measure our advertising. This includes:

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and manage ad preferences directly within your Meta and Google accounts. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To make a request, email design@curatedclosetcompany.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to serve you, and afterward as required for tax, warranty, legal compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Consent and form-certification records are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing regulations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed password storage, access controls, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to sites we don't operate, including financing partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.

Note to site owner — delete this box before going live. Add your LLC's registered mailing address in Section 12 above (a physical or registered-agent address is expected for CCPA/CPRA compliance and is also required by CAN-SPAM in marketing emails). Set it once in lib/config.php as COMPANY_ADDRESS for the rest of the system, and paste it here too. This policy is a solid, standard starting point, but it is not legal advice — have counsel review it against how you actually operate, especially the sections on data sharing and financing partners.
