Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Curated Closet Co LLC (“Curated Closet Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through curatedclosetcompany.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a consultation, submit a quote request, or apply to our trade program, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Your city, state, and ZIP code
- Details about your project — the type of space, timeline, whether you own your home, and anything you tell us in the message field
- For trade program applicants: company name, profession, and market
- For partner portal accounts: your login credentials (passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash — we never store or have access to your actual password)
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on the site
- Marketing campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters) and partner referral codes
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 5
Form certification
We use ActiveProspect's TrustedForm service on our forms. TrustedForm records your interaction with the form — including the page as it appeared to you and the consent language you agreed to — and creates a certificate documenting that submission. This is used to verify that consent was properly obtained. ActiveProspect's privacy policy is available at activeprospect.com/privacy-policy.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your request and contact you about your project
- To schedule and conduct design consultations and prepare quotes
- To fulfill orders and provide installation services
- To send you information about products, promotions, and offers you may be interested in
- To credit referrals to the correct trade partner and calculate their compensation
- To measure and improve our advertising and website performance
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
3. How we contact you
When you submit a form on our site, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your project — including through automated technology — at the number and address you provided. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or simply ask us during a call or by emailing design@curatedclosetcompany.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active project or order.
4. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — web hosting, email delivery, form certification, analytics, scheduling, and payment or financing processors. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Financing partners, if you choose to apply for financing, so they can process your application.
- Installers and subcontractors assigned to your project, limited to what they need to complete the work.
- Referring trade partners receive only limited confirmation about referrals they sent us — whether the project sold, the sale amount, and the compensation owed to them. They do not receive your contact details beyond what you already shared with them.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, in the form of hashed (encrypted) identifiers used to measure ad performance and reach similar audiences. See Section 5.
- Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies, pixels, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember which partner referred you, and measure our advertising. This includes:
- Essential cookies — required for logins and form security.
- Analytics — such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.
- Advertising pixels — such as the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API, which help us measure ad performance and show relevant ads. When we share conversion data with these platforms, contact details are hashed (converted into an irreversible code) before transmission.
- Referral attribution — we store a partner's referral code in your browser for up to 90 days so their referral is properly credited.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and manage ad preferences directly within your Meta and Google accounts. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
- Request a copy of that information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a request, email design@curatedclosetcompany.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to serve you, and afterward as required for tax, warranty, legal compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Consent and form-certification records are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing regulations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed password storage, access controls, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to sites we don't operate, including financing partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
